KIAN HIAP CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD was established in 1985.
As a start up construction company it has initially focused on Maintenance Term Contracts, Additional/ Alterations and Upgrading works for both Public and Private sectors of construction industry and now has attained Grade A2 and is eligible to tender projects worth up to 85 Million Dollars for Public Sector.

Led by a team of committed and dedicated top management, including having our own team of technical and professional staff to oversee all the technical aspect and having a pool of loyal long service key personnel, their combined extensive experience, expertise and dedication has helped in the growth of the company by delivering good quality product.
